This past Easter, something pretty incredible happened in St. Stephen. We were there to capture it.
Oak Hill Crew had the opportunity to volunteer and document the Sky High Easter Egg Drop, hosted by Bernieโs Body Blast. What started as a community idea turned into one of the most exciting local events weโve seen.
๐ฐ A Big Turnout for a Big Day
With over 1000 attendees, families from across the region came together for a day full of energy, excitement, and connection. Events like this show how strong and supportive a local community can be.
From the moment people arrived, there was a buzz in the air. Kids were eager with their baskets, parents had cameras ready, and volunteers were working hard behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly.
๐ The Main Event: 8000+ Eggs from the Sky
The highlight of the day was the helicopter drop.
A helicopter flew overhead and dropped 8000+ Easter eggs across the field.
Then we sent in the egg hunters racing to collect as many as they could. It was fast, fun, and unforgettable. These are the kinds of moments that bring a community together.
Once they had their bag full of eggs they turned them in for thier easter gift basket!
๐ More Than Just an Egg Hunt
While the helicopter drop was the main attraction, there was plenty more happening throughout the event:

Events like this do not happen without people stepping up.
From organizers to volunteers, it was clear that a lot of time and effort went into making this day special. Bernie deserves a MASSIVE shout out for bringing this vision to life and creating something meaningful for the community.
